At Oakcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not in love with your scent, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
